Submit a promotion to PromoMY

Users and brands may submit promotions. PromoMY reviews the evidence and classifies every record using the same standard.

How we classify records

Verified — key facts are supported by official or reliable first-party evidence.

Partially Verified — some facts have evidence, but one or more important details are not sufficiently verified.

Unable to Verify — there is not yet enough reliable evidence.

Expired / Cancelled — the promotion has ended or been withdrawn.

A submission never automatically becomes “Verified”. It enters as “Received” and waits for PromoMY review.

PromoMY Quality Standard

PromoMY is a promotion evidence database, not a classifieds site or advertising board.

✓ AcceptedReal discounts, Buy 1 Free 1, free gifts, vouchers, bundles, special prices, outlet promotions or official campaigns with evidence.
✕ Not accepted“PM for price”, ordinary property listings, agent ads without a promotional benefit, loans, recruitment/MLM, affiliate spam or repeated ads.

Acceptable property example: “RM10,000 rebate until 31 Oct”. A listing such as “Condo for sale RM500k — WhatsApp agent” is not a promotion.

Who is submitting this promotion?

Promotions submitted by owners or agents do not automatically become “Verified”. PromoMY still reviews the evidence and sources.

For small businesses, an official Facebook/Instagram/TikTok page, official menu, outlet poster or business-owned page can also serve as first-party evidence. An official website helps, but is not mandatory.

Include images if there is no evidence link. Maximum 3 images · JPG/PNG/WebP · up to 5MB each. Examples: promotion poster, menu, outlet signage, receipt or official screenshot.

Every submission is reviewed. The system also flags possible duplicates and low-quality submissions for additional review. Do not upload identity cards, bank cards, account numbers, passwords or sensitive personal information.
